This week has been very busy in Brixton borough because from 8 to 15 of March it has took place the "Nigh+Day Festival", lead it by the well-know "The XX".

The XX is on tour around UK and they have wanted developing their CSR as they best could do it... they have organized a solidarity festival what all the benefits will be destined to support 7 local charities... one of them it's mine!

Musician of The XX invited our girls from Into School programme to join them in one of their performances in the "Brixton Academy" and they came back delighted because The XX is a famous band and most of them like their songs.

Yesterday afternoon, this group of artists came to my charity to know the place, and it has been a good moment to clean and tidy up some of the room which usually accrue many equipment... such the Art, Science and Cookery classes.

Esta semana ha sido muy agitada en el barrio de Brixton, pues del 8 al 15 de marzo ha tenido lugar el "Night+Day Festival", a cargo del conocido grupo de música "The XX".

The XX está de gira por Inglaterra y han querido aprovechar esta semana para desarrollar su responsabilidad social corporativa y lo han hecho como mejor pueden hacerlo los artistas... con un festival del que han destinado todos sus beneficios a colaborar con 7 ONG locales, entre las cuales está la mía.

Los músicos de The XX invitaron a las chicas del programa Into School a presenciar uno de sus ensayos en el "Brixton Academy" y volvieron muy emocionadas, pues es un grupo famoso y a la mayoría les encantan sus canciones.

Ayer los artistas vinieron a conocer las instalaciones y ha sido el momento de aprovechar para limpiar y poner orden en algunas aulas que suelen acumular material... como las aulas de Arte, Ciencias y Cocina.
